Overview:
SUAVA ZURICH accepts returns within 90 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please first contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return at:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your items.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Items excluded from returns include underwear, swimwear, and personalized products.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at:
